Spring Hill School is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is led by the school principal and the board of directors. The board is made up of volunteers and consists of eight members. 

Day-to-day operations are the responsibility of Principal Sylvie Hill, who is the decision maker for selection of the curriculum, human resources, professional development and general operations.  All matters concerning the school, teachers or students are to be addressed to the principal.

The board oversees hiring of the principal, assisting in fund development and promotion to the community, setting up fees and keeping the school up and running financially. Strategic planning is a board responsibility. Board members meet monthly, and minutes are available to the public in the school office.
